Camp Is open to female goalies of all Ages and Levels!


August 6th - 9th

Camp runs 9:00am -4:30pm daily

What To Bring

Workout gear (shorts, shoes, etc.)

Water bottle

Day 4 Only: Full Equipment

Day 1-3: Gloves, helmet, stick

Be prepared to go outside (sunscreen, jacket)

Healthy snacks


Foam- roller - if you have one


Drop-off/Pick up

Drop off: 8:45-9am

Pick up: 4:30pm

If your schedule requires regular early or late pick up please let us know! We will have someone there to supervise.

Late pick up: We do understand when things come up or Toronto traffic delays. Please let us know if you will be later than 5pm

Daily Vision Training on Dynavision board


Vision and Mental Training

Although, this is an off-ice camp we will have a 2 hr on-ice session dedicated to testing and training with the use of fit-lights. 

FitLights are a series of LED lights that acts as targets that users need to deactivate during their training session, sending data back to the tablet for later analyzation. Monitors performance by targeting reaction time, speed, agility, coordination, and much more. Each of these functions is measured for instant feedback.



We have a vision training specialist coming from Honsberger Physio to run this session. He will then stay for a full day of off-ice vision training followed by a mental training session. 




Days 1-3

9:00-9:30am - Ice breaker/ Introduction game

9:30 - 11:30am -  Vision Training 

11:30 - 12:30pm - Lunch

12:30 - 1:00pm - Dynamic Warm-up

1:00 - 2:30pm Workout

2:30 - 3:30pm - Cool-down / Hip Mobility

3:30 - 4:30 - Discussion Session

Day 4

9:00 - 9:30am Camp Introduction

9:30 - 9:45am Dynamic Warm-up

10:15 - 12:15.  FitLight Testing and Training ON-ICE

12:15 - 1:15pm Lunch

1:15- 3:15 Introduction To Vision Training

3:15 - 4:30pm Mental Training

July 15th Day Camp

9:00 - 9:30am  Introduction

9:30 - 9:45am Dynamic Warm-up

10:15 - 12:15pm  FitLight Testing and Training ON-ICE

1:15- 2:15 Goalie Specific workout out 

2:15 - 3:30pm Vision Training & Hand Eye Coordination

3:30 - 4:30 Classroom Discussions

Experience what it's like to train like the Pros! Small group setting provides lots of 1 on 1 attention and a comfortable environment to ask questions and learn. Amanda will not only be coaching, but also training with the girls. This provides the goalies with a unique opportunity to see how she trains and provides visual learning opportunities.
